PET Gloss Protection Film

PET gloss protection film is processed through material properties and technology to enhance the gloss and texture of the film surface, and is applied to the surface of the film before use to prevent damage during transportation.

RC Vinyl Protection Layer

RC vinyl protective film layer, which can increase 30% of the brightness of the film surface, protect the film surface from corrosion, aging, cracking, and minor scratches that can be repaired under high temperatures, allowing your car to remain beautiful for a long time.

Innovative Polyvinyl Chloride Membrane Technology

Another important factor determining the quality of car wrap films is that, unlike most other products on the market that use single-layer calendared original films, Ravoony utilizes innovative polyvinyl chloride membrane technology, which enables more diverse realization of color effects and presents a rich sense of color and texture.

High-performance Low-tack Acrylic Backing Adhesive

Adopting a low initial tack acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive process, the adhesive force increases with the increase of construction pressure. It has low initial tack, easy to apply, almost no residual adhesive, no paint shedding or damage from the original factory, and solves various technical difficulties in multiple industries.

Modified Casting Grade Polyurethane Layer

Innovative technological achievements, the industry's first modified casting grade polyurethane layer, which was developed through years of technical research and is at the forefront of the industry both domestically and internationally. Most other products available on the market are printing colors or single layer calendared films.

160g Release Embossing Paper Technology

The texture and quality of the embossing paper determine the effectiveness and quality of the film surface. Using German small grid release embossing paper, precise depth embossing and regular grid texture ensure the texture of the film surface and good ventilation effect during installation.
