Return & Refund Policy


We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.


Upon receiving your order, if you are not completely satisfied with your color choice, please contact customer service within 10 days for a return/refund or replacement. Shipping, freight, and service charges (if any) are NON-REFUNDABLE. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable). Any returned item not in its original condition, damaged or missing for reasons not related to Ravoony, will not receive a full refund.

In the case of approval, Ravoony will email the shipping address to you, you will be responsible for shipping costs. 

Color Difference

We support 7 days for return due to the problem of color difference, please contact with us to get returning address. It will be returned to our USA warehouse, the shipping charge will not be too much, don't worry. 


We provide a limited warranty for production defects according to technical characteristics mentioned in the actual product bulletin. We replace items only if they are defective or damaged during transportation.

Our return policy in case of warranty incident lasts 30 days. Unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange if thirty days have gone by since your purchase.

To request a return, please contact with for the issue and all details. The details should contain a detailed explanation of a problem, photos/videos, and order number.

In case of reclamation approval, we provide a full refund or change the product (shipping expenses are covered) 

Return Process

After receiving the return application, it will be processed within 1-3 working days.

The customer will receive a refund or replacement of the vinyl wraps within 1-3 working days after we receive the parcel.

Please contact your local post office to confirm the actual return shipping fee. We recommend you use the cheapest registered airmail method that is available.

The delivery address will be provided by mail after submitting the application

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 1-3 working days after we receive the parcel. 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first recheck your bank account. 

Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Custom-order or personalised items do not have a right to 30 days refund.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
