We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
Upon receiving your order, if you are not completely satisfied with your color choice, please contact customer service within 10 days for a return/refund or replacement. Shipping, freight, and service charges (if any) are NON-REFUNDABLE. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable). Any returned item not in its original condition, damaged or missing for reasons not related to Ravoony, will not receive a full refund.

We provide a limited warranty for production defects according to technical characteristics mentioned in the actual product bulletin. We replace items only if they are defective or damaged during transportation.
Our return policy in case of warranty incident lasts 30 days. Unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange if thirty days have gone by since your purchase.

Custom-order or personalised items do not have a right to 30 days refund.
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
